Chrishell signed a contract on the home back in May, and property records show that the sale was finalized on June 10.

Stause – who is an Oppenheim Group member – has put her real estate experience to good use as she has represented herself as the agent in the transaction.

The house dates back to 1964, but it has had plenty of renovations in subsequent decades to give it a modern feel.

The interior features 3,300 square feet of space, and there’s plenty of room in back to cool down in the pool or entertain friends.

In March, she spoke to People about renovating the more modest space after moving out of the $4.65 million home she shared with her ex-husband.

‘We’ve all been living in it a lot lately [because of the pandemic], and I really wanted to just love it and enjoy the space. I absolutely love what TJ Maxx and Marshalls helped me do,’ she said of her renovations on the already furnished house. ‘I really just feel like it looks like a breath of fresh air, and that’s exactly what I was going for.’

Since the divorce, her actor ex has retained ownership of their old home in Encino, with boasts an enormous six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The former couple tied the knot back in October of 2017, but Hartley suddenly filed for divorce in November 2019 over irreconcilable differences, and the divorce was finalized in January of this year.

Although she’s ready to settle into her own home, Chrishell is still looking to help other high-profile buyers find their dream homes.

Earlier this month, she commented on a new story on Instagram and offered her services to Jennifer Lopez, who is reportedly looking to move back to Los Angeles amid her renewed romance with her former fiancé Ben Affleck.

‘Jenny, call me if you need a realtor,’ she wrote playfully.
