A woman’s heart-to-heart on TikTok hit mothers everywhere right in the feels.

Your Momma Bestie has 1.2 million followers on TikTok, where she discusses all things motherhood-related. Last August, she shared a video for moms only — and things got emotional

“If you’re not a mother, keep scrolling and enjoy your For You page,” she advised non-moms.

Your Momma Bestie paused for a moment, then she began to speak. It was like a cross between a check-in with a friend and a motivational speech for moms everywhere.

Versatile Amazon fashion finds you’ll wear again and again:

“Hi, now that we’re alone… How are you?” Your Momma Bestie said. “Did you get any sleep last night? I know you’re worried. There’s so much pressure on you right now. I feel it too. But I want you to know that you’re not alone. We’re in this together, and you know what, we’re gonna get through this. I know nobody checks on you because you’re so strong. But I just want you to know that I am here. I’m here for you sis. Keeping going. You’re amazing, and I appreciate you.”

She wrote in the caption that the conversation was “on my heart HEAVY this morning.”

Moms chimed in the comments because they felt very seen by the touching message.

“The moment you asked ‘how are you?’ I legit teared up,” one person commented

“We all burst into tears when someone asks us how we are. No one asks us that question ever,” another said

“You have no idea how many moms’ hearts you just touched. We are never seen,” a user wrote

It’s clear that Momma Bestie’s message has touched the hearts of mothers everywhere — proving that the world needs to take the time to ask moms how they are more often.
