The Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG DN Art is a fast standard prime for Sony E-mount and Panasonic/Sigma/Leica L-mount mirrorless bodies. The lens features 15 elements, including SLD (special low dispersion), ELD (extraordinary low dispersion), ‘F’ low dispersion (FLD) and aspherical glass. Its 11-blade aperture makes it ideal for portraiture. The focus group is driven by a stepping motor. The minimum focus distance of the 35mm F1.4 is 30cm (11.8″), with a maximum magnification of 0.19x.

The lens has a high quality build and is sealed against dust and moisture. Its aperture ring can be clicked/de-clicked and locked in place. A focus lock button and AF/MF switch are also present.
