Sony has released a new set of nine games for the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and they are available for free on the PlayStation Store. These free games are a part of Sony’s Play At Home initiative which was launched earlier in March and kicked off with a free copy of Ratchet & Clank.
There are the nine games that are coming to the PS Store under the Play At Home initiative:
2. Enter the Gungeon
3. Rez Infinite
5. The Witness
6. Astro Bot Rescue Mission
9. Paper Beast
Out of these nine games, four support PlayStation VR and they are Paper Beat, Thumper, Moss and Astro Bot Rescue Mission.
All the games being given out for free under the Play At Home initiative right now are all small-scale indie games but they have all been praised by critics for their innovative and experimental approach to game design.
these nine games, Sony has also announced that Horizon: Zero Dawn will be available for free on the PS Store from April 19.
Sony had launched the Play At Home Initiative as a way to thank the community for their support over the last year over the Covid-19 pandemic. This Initiative is an extension of a similar initiative Sony launched in 2020 when they gave away Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey for free.
